Diversity in the ACTPS workforce from June 2012
The ACTPS continues to encourage voluntary disclosure by employees. Diversity percentages are based on total ACTPS headcount which assumes that all respondents do not identify as one or more of the diversity groups, which is likely to result in under-reporting of the actual proportion of diversity groups in the ACTPS.
Diversity statistics are also provided in Annual Reports and monitored through the ACTPS Respect, Equity and Diversity Framework. Workforce data in this section has been presented in a way that protects the identity of individual employees.

The Water Resources Act 2007 (the Act) regulates the taking of surface water and groundwater. Surface water means water from sources such as rivers, lakes, ponds, the stormwater system or other overland flow. Groundwater usually refers to bore water from underground aquifers. The Act is administered by the Environment Protection Authority.

The primary goal of the ACT Infrastructure Investment Program (the Program) is to support a strong and resilient economy that is well positioned to capitalise on growth opportunities and able to bounce back quickly in difficult times. We also want a progressive, dynamic and compassionate society that maximises the wellbeing of its citizens.
The 2021-22 Budget marks the first year of the move to a five-year budget cycle for the Program. The addition of the fifth year reflects the longer time span involved in planning and delivering the large and complex projects that Canberra needs.
