Contractor Central is the program established for the engagement of contingent labour workers for ACT Government. This contract is leveraged off the NSW Contingent Workforce Scheme SCM0007. Contingent Labour is defined as a person who works for a buyer (in this case an ACT Government agency) but is paid by a supplier (a recruitment agency).
