The Planning and Development Act 2007 requires the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) to keep a register of contaminated sites. Sites are included on the register if the EPA requests a review of an assessment of contaminated land by an approved contaminated land auditor or they have received notification of the need for an audit from an approved auditor.

The list of Mr Fluffy loose fill asbestos insulation affected properties enables former residents, tradespeople and the broader community to know whether particular properties are (or were) affected. Affected premises are identified by unit, block, section and division. As at 31 March 2024, 18 of the 1029 properties on the List of Affected Properties remain on the Affected Residential Premises Register (the Register).

This dataset contains daily Public Transport Patronage in types of services. Paper tickets sold by Ticket Vending Machines are excluded except for the ones on light rail platforms. This dataset can be aggregated to provide daily Light Rail and bus patronage number.

A dataset of public furniture (park benches, tables etc) in the ACT.

This dataset contains information relating to the daily patronage figure (number of boardings) on the Light Rail Network in Canberra. The dataset contains patronage data since light rail operations commenced with the first fiscal week beginning on Monday 22nd of April 2019. This dataset contains boardings calculated using MyWay Card and Paper Tickets.
